Greetings from Kim Byoung-mook, the current CEO of Kolmar Korea Holdings.

ESG(Environmental, Social, and Governance) has now become a key elements for corporate strategies for sustainable managements. In order to take lead in such trend, Kolmar Korea Holdings is willing to put our best efforts to fulfill our responsibilities to give back to the community.

Traditionally, companies were mainly expected to perform in financial aspects including sales and profits. However, recent moves have brought increasing demands for them to deliver in non-financial performances to aid in solving ethical, environment, and social issues.

To promptly meet the needs of our times, we are making great efforts to transform into a company that 'complies with our principles by putting trust first', so that we can not only guarantee the health and beauty of mankind, but also ultimately contribute to bringing values in the lives of our customers, executives/employees, partners, stockholders and the whole society.

With that being said, in 2021, we are preparing for the "NEXT NORMAL" which sets our principles to 'Expansion on Solid Ground' for management and seeks new development strategies. In addition, we are focusing our minds to improving our business competitiveness, securing new growth engines, and innovating our process organizational culture to maximize our corporate values.

To successfully accomplish all the goals, compliance/ethical management should be the basis of every operation and decision within the company. For that to happen, it is important to properly construct and operate our CP, an effective compliance program in which all our executives and employees voluntarily participate.

We are currently reinforcing tasks related to CP, including but not limited to CP constructions, propagations, operations and assessments via our designated Compliance Officer, who is capable of performing the tasks both independently and neutrally with the help of our teams in charge of CP.

We are willing to, and are putting out our best resources to become the leading company in the area of being trusted by our customers, executives/employees, stockholders and the community from demonstrating the best compliance/ethical managements.

By setting high ethical values as our foundations, by carrying out our tasks through transparent principles, and by creasing a culture equipped with compliance/ethical values, we are sure to bring our work together to become a steppingstone to a sustainable growth.
